Asset Requirements & Design Standards
Files for EML & Localization

There are two key files used in the E-com asset workflow:

  • The Master file is a high-res JPG and PDF exported from the original design. It is the version uploaded to EML.

  • The Open source file is an editable InDesign (.INDD) package that includes all layers and text elements. This
    version is shared with Omnicom for localization, allowing content to be adapted
    for specific markets.

  • Aspect ratio: 1:1

  • Resolution: 2000 x 2000 px (no Transparent background)

  • Colour profile: Adobe RGB 1998

  • Output file format:  Hi-Res JPG (Adobe RGB 1998) and PDF​

Open source file (for localization)

  • Format: InDesign (.INDD package)

  • Editable version with all sub-elements

  • Not uploaded to EML

  • Shared directly with Omnicom

Text Formatting Notes

  • Font sizes are fixed and should not be changed. Only when required, font size reduction must not exceed 10% (e.g. for localized languages with longer copy)

Content Formatting Rules

  • No full stops at the end of Short Engage, Body Message, or Disclaimer.

​

  • Use punctuation only between sentences
    (not at the end).

​

  • The InDesign package must always be editable.

​

  • Disclaimers like “Product may vary by country/color” should be placed in the designated disclaimer field.
